§ 00 - LOADINGS
Memora · Terms
The rules for using the Memora waitlist site. Effective 27 June 2026. Last updated 27 June 2026.
The plain version: the waitlist is an expression of interest, not a contract for a service. The Operator decides who gets a TestFlight build, and when. Submitting the form does not buy you anything. Indian law applies.
By using memora.komalvardhan.com or submitting the waitlist form you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, close the tab.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit any form on this site.
The waitlist is non-binding. Submitting the form does not:
If and when access is granted, separate in-app disclosures and terms govern the use of the app itself. You may decline them at that point without obligation.
The Memora app is distributed via TestFlight or internal sideloading. The Operator retains the right to revoke access, rotate builds, or end the beta at any time. Apple Inc. is the operator of TestFlight; their terms govern the distribution channel itself.
If you choose to share your UDID, it is stored only for the purpose of adding your device to the internal distribution profile. When the Operator deactivates your access (revocation, beta end, or your request), the UDID is deleted from the Operator's systems and the device entry is removed from the Apple Developer team.
The Memora app processes audio, transcripts, journal entries, and chat messages entirely on your device. The Operator has no ability to retrieve or read app contents. Loss of the device means loss of the data; that is the design.
You agree not to:
The Memora name, logo, copy on this site, and the design system are owned by the Operator. The site implementation uses common open-source components under their respective licences.
The site and the upcoming beta app are provided on an as-is basis. The Operator makes no warranty about availability, uptime, accuracy, on-device model quality, or fitness for any particular purpose during the beta.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, the Operator's aggregate liability arising from your use of this site or the beta is limited to one thousand Indian Rupees (INR 1,000). The Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages.
The Operator may remove your waitlist entry, revoke a sideloaded build, or remove your UDID from internal distribution at any time and without notice for breach of these terms or for suspected fraud or abuse.
These terms may be updated. The latest version always lives at this URL with an updated date.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The IT Act, 2000 and the DPDP Act, 2023 apply where relevant. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
Under Rule 3(11) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021 and DPDP s.13:
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stay in force.
